  • Fuel Delivery Refresh

    Fuel Delivery Refresh

A complete service of the components that move fuel from the tank to the carburetor. The goal is steady fuel delivery with no leaks, fumes, or starvation under load. Most Cruisers have decades-old lines, soft hoses hardened by ethanol, and tanks full of rust. This service resets the system so it works cleanly and safely again.

    What’s Included

    • Fuel tank inspected, cleaned, or replaced if rusted or leaking
    • Sending unit replaced or rebuilt for accurate fuel gauge readings
    • All soft lines replaced with ethanol-safe hose and new clamps
    • Fuel pump replaced or rebuilt (mechanical or electric, depending on model)
    • Inline fuel filter replaced and properly mounted for accessibility
    • Hard lines inspected and only repaired or replaced if damaged or corroded
    • Fuel cap, vent, and return systems checked for proper operation

    Testing & Final Checks

The system is pressure-tested and inspected for leaks. Flow rate is verified, the gauge is tested, and the truck is run under load to confirm steady delivery and proper idle behavior.

    Upgrade Options

    • Tank Replacement: For rusted or delaminated tanks, we install new OEM or high-quality reproduction units.
    • Fuel Pump Conversion: On compatible trucks, a low-pressure electric pump with safety cutoff can replace the mechanical unit for improved reliability.
    • Line Material Upgrade: If hard lines are beyond repair, replacements are made with coated or stainless tubing for long-term durability.
    • Hidden fuel-shutoff (anti-theft): A discreet, owner-accessible shutoff installed out of sight to prevent theft. Works by cutting fuel flow or pump power and is wired/fused to OEM-safe standards. Added during Fuel Delivery Refresh or as an install option.
  • Driveline (engine rearward)

    Driveline Overhaul

A full service of everything that carries power from the engine to the axles — transmission, transfer case, clutch, and driveshafts. This rebuild corrects leaks, vibration, and shifting issues while resetting wear items for a smooth, tight driveline that operates like new.

    Result:
Strong, even braking and consistent pedal feel so it feels like new.

  • Axle Rebuilds

Axle Rebuilds — Front & Rear

    Overview

Every Land Cruiser axle eventually needs a full rebuild. Worn bearings, leaking seals, and out-of-spec gears are common after decades of use. We rebuild both front and rear axles completely — cleaning, resealing, and resetting them to Toyota spec so they stay quiet, strong, and leak-free for years to come.

    Gear Setup

If the axle is being re-geared, we reset everything to factory standards — pinion depth, preload, and backlash. Proper gear mesh means no whining, no heat, no surprises later. All work is done using Toyota setup tools and verified with contact pattern checks.

    Testing & Final Checks

After assembly, every bolt is torqued to spec, fluids filled, and gear mesh double-checked. Front axles get a steering alignment and knuckle preload test. You’ll get a setup sheet and torque log for your record

    End Result

Quiet, tight, and dependable axles built for real miles — not a one-season fix. Whether it’s stock gearing for road use or a re-geared, locked setup for trail duty, the finished product feels solid and drives right.

  • Suspension & Steering

    Suspension & Steering Overhaul

A complete rebuild of the parts that keep your Land Cruiser driving straight, riding smooth, and steering where you point it. Most of these trucks have decades of wear hiding in the front end — old bushings, tired shocks, loose tie rods, or a leaking steering box. This service brings everything back to spec so it feels solid and predictable again.

    What’s Included

We go through the full setup front and rear.

    • Springs replaced or reset to correct ride height and load rating.
    • Shackles, pins, and bushings replaced.
    • Shocks upgraded to matched units for the truck’s weight and intended use.
    • Frame mounts and hardware inspected and repaired as needed.
    • Optional 2–2.5″ lift packages available using parts we trust and know fit correctly.

    Steering
Everything that connects the wheel to the tires gets inspected and renewed.

    • Steering box resealed and adjusted.
    • Tie rods, drag link, and ends replaced.
    • Steering damper replaced with quality, valved unit.
    • Steering column and linkage checked, cleaned, and lubricated.

    Optional Power Steering Conversion

For trucks that came with manual steering, we offer a power steering conversion using Toyota-based or well-proven components.

    Conversion includes:

    • Power steering box retrofit or rebuild (series-specific parts).
    • New pump, reservoir, pulley, and belt system.
    • Proper high-pressure and return hoses.
    • Alignment and steering stops verified after installation.
    • Clean line routing and serviceable placement for future maintenance.

We only use conversions that fit right and can be maintained easily. Anything that requires heavy fabrication or oddball parts is discussed case-by-case.

    After Assembly

When everything’s back together, we torque every fastener, grease the fittings, and road test. We recheck alignment under load and re-torque after the shake-down. You get a record of torque specs and alignment readings for your own records.

    Result:
The truck drives straight, handles right, and rides comfortably. No more wandering, vibration, or loose steering feel — just a Cruiser that’s safe and ready for real use.
